Is a mat workout with a contemporary twist taking Pilates+Yoga+Barre+Gyrokinesis to a whole new level incorporating a dynamic, full body workout that focuses on improving flexibility + core strength with exercises that stretch + tone all muscle groups.

The Sbody METHOD links breath with movement incorporating extreme intervals, long, deep holds, cardio plyometric blasts, Plié squats, energetic strength drills like jump squats and sautés, forearm planks with rotation, and push ups...all to build muscle strength and create a longer and leaner body.

HIIT Reformer 

-a supercharged Cardio Jumpboard class that is guaranteed to boost your endorphins and your heart rate. This signature class combines fun, challenging choreography, with STOTT PILATES strengthening exercises focusing on HIIT training to take your Reformer workout one step further. Your will improve your Cardio Endurance.

Cadillac Reformer

-the Cadillac is a combination of Pilates reformer, tower, and matwork providing new challenges and more functionality.  It’s horizontal canopy top gets you in the air for inversions and acrobatic movements. This class is for the beginner and advanced student and is ideal for rehabilitation.

Gyrotonic Tower
